Welcome to our site where you can join with our family as we travel through our days living and learning together.
Welcome
Welcome to our place...just two steps away from the funny farm! To explain this name, whenever things get crazy at our house, I always say "Well, we are just two steps away from the funny farm!" As a very busy homeschooling family, things DO sometimes get a bit chaotic. But we love this life of living and learning together and there is never a dull moment!
The picture of the beautiful Amish farm on this page was taken while we were on the Strasburg Railroad.
Here is another of my favorite Johnny and Chachi videos - a great flashback to the eighties!!! Yes, this week has been a week of remembering those days! (Thanks to Facebook!)
And I'm afraid Jaden is going to look like Chachi soon if he doesn't get a haircut!
My husband and I have been married for almost 19 years and we live with our three children in Lancaster County, PA. I am very thankful for God's grace in our lives as we homeschool our children and lean on His everlasting arms. God is good!
Here's my husband! He is hard-working, kind-hearted and is great at doing just about everything around the house! He is a project manager for a local HVAC company.
our terrific teenager

Our beautiful daughter Ivy is growing up fast and is 12 years old and loves spending time outside with friends, using her imagination, listening to music, teaching Jaden new things, and reading books.

A: Justification is the act of God's free grace by which He pardons all our sins and accepts us as righteous in His sight. He does so only because He counts the righteousness of Christ as ours. Justification is received by faith alone.
